Who we are
Intelligent Automation, LLC ("IA," "we," "us") is a Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services Provider headquartered at 5 Big Island Road, Warwick, NY 10990 with an office at 336 US Highway 46, Fairfield, NJ 07004. We're the data controller for information you submit through this website.
What we collect
When you use the pricing calculator or the contact form, we collect only what you give us:
- Contact details: name, work email, company name, phone number (optional).
- Business profile: number of users, number of additional computers/laptops, number of servers, industry.
- Services of interest: the optional services you check (vCISO, Private Cloud).
- Calculator output: the estimated monthly and annual cost generated for your inputs.
- Technical metadata: IP address, browser user-agent, and the page URL you submitted from. Used solely for security (bot detection, abuse prevention, audit log).
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral profiling, or session-recording tools on the calculator pages.
How we use it
- To email the estimate back to you and to
[email protected]so a human can follow up. - To prepare a formal proposal if you ask us to.
- To detect and block automated abuse of the calculator (rate limiting, bot challenges, audit logs).
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers (data processors)
Two third parties touch your submission, both under written data-processing terms:
- SMTP2GO — delivers the outbound email containing your estimate. They do not retain message content beyond standard SMTP transit logs.
- Cloudflare — provides Turnstile bot protection and CDN delivery. Turnstile sees a one-time challenge token; it does not store personal data submitted through the form.
How long we keep it
- Sales correspondence: retained for up to 24 months from the last contact, then purged unless you've become a customer (in which case the customer-contract retention schedule applies).
- Audit logs: 12 months, then automatically aged out of our log retention system.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See what we have about you.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete it (we'll keep what we're legally required to keep and tell you why).
- Stop using it for marketing follow-up (unsubscribe).
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory privacy rights (CCPA, GDPR, NY SHIELD Act, etc.) those rights apply on top of this notice.
Cookies
This site uses functional cookies only — for example, to remember that you've dismissed the navigation menu on mobile. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set on the pricing calculator pages.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over TLS to our infrastructure on DigitalOcean (US-East). Access to lead data is restricted to the IA sales and operations team and is protected by hardware-keyed multi-factor authentication. We are an MSP that runs a SOC 2 control program; if you're evaluating us as a vendor, ask for our security questionnaire.
Estimates are not quotes
Any number produced by the pricing calculator is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a binding quote, offer, or contract. Actual pricing is confirmed in a written proposal after we discuss your environment.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice in a material way, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, if you've recently submitted information, email you about the change.
